Duties include the following:

• Detailed analysis of pressure transducer, thermocouple, dynamometer torque signals and all related test cell signals
• Will compile and ensure data acquisition for engineering staff

Requirements:

• Associated degree in related field or experience equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in dynamometer test cell environment
• Good written and oral skills with supervisors, co-worker and customer
• Excellent mechanic abilities
• Strong comprehension of computer operation including excel and macros
• Must be knowledgeable of heavy duty diesel industry with experience in CVS particulate sampling systems
• Horiba gaseous analytical equipment
• Strong computer skills
• Candidates will be required to display skills and ability both in the test cell and in analysis of test data
• Candidate will posses knowledge of both AC motoring and Eddy current absorbing dynamometers. Customer interaction, innovative design input, data collection, data evaluation, and data reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years Information Systems Experience
• College degree in computer science or business information systems or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated technical expertise with solid application development
• Integration and support experience in most of the following: Win2000 or NT application administration, SQL 2000, Visual Basic, file transmissions with MQSeries or DirectConnect

This individual will work with all technologists across Information Services in the successful implementation of Image solutions, obtaining participation in and concurrence on moderately complex application designs and architectures. The initial focus for the individual will be on the implementation of Check Image Exchange.
